Purpose of data processing

Processing users’ data related to online appearances. Processing device data and personal data provided by the involved with the purpose of a server log, providing the services of the website, monitoring its operational readiness, and ensuring the website’s security and protection.

Data security

The Controller, considering the current advancement of technology, ensures the protection of the security of data processing by technical and organizational measures. This ensures sufficient protection to the risks related to data processing.

We choose and operate the IT devices applied for processing personal data in a way that the processed data is available for the persons who are entitled to reach it (availability); its reliability and authentication are ensured (the authenticity of data processing); it can be proven that the data have not been corrupted (data integrity); it is protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).

We protect the data against accidental or unauthorized deletion, lost, corruption, injury, unauthorized publication, or unauthorized access. We limit access to personal data by providing access levels. Our IT systems are protected by firewalls and equipped with virus protection. During electronic data processing, we ensure that the data, under strictly controlled conditions, is accessible only to persons who need them for fulfilling their tasks. To protect files that are processed electronically in our various records, we ensure that the stored data – except if the law allows it – cannot be directly assigned to the involved.

The Controller registers possible privacy incidents and indicates facts related to the privacy incident, their impact, and measures taken to cure them. The Controller shall notify the National Media and Infocommunications Authority of the possible privacy incident without any delay, and if possible, 72 hours after the Controller became aware of the incident at the latest, except if the privacy incident does not involve any risk regarding natural persons’ right and freedom.

Involved person’s rights and conditions of enforcement

You are entitled to request for the rectification, limitation, and erasure of your data, furthermore, comprehensive information on data processing. You can also request for your personal data in structured machine-readable format and the transfer of your data to another controller. We fulfill these requests within 1 month.

If you think that Energofish Kft. has violated the law, or there is a danger that Energofish Kft. might violate the law when processing your data, you can initiate an investigation at the National Media and Infocommunications Authority with reference to the violation related to the processing of your personal data. However, we would appreciate it if you could turn to us first so that we can examine the case and offer remedy as soon as possible.
