KAMASAKI BAITHOLDER, NICKEL
Many of us have used Kamasaki hooks during our fishing!
The brand has now come up with a real specialty!
When fishing for pike and especially zander, we prefer to bait with fish slices. This was usually strung on a long-shank hook, which looked good before casting, but as we swung the rod and it hit the water, it collapsed into a ball in the hook's bay as if we had never cut a slice of it.
The Kamasaki Baitholder has barbs on the shank, just like the points of the hooks. These barbs prevent the fish slice from moving on the stem, keeping it nicely straight, just as we baited it. Thus, after reaching the water, a nice spread out, tempting bait is available to the fish, much more desirable than a dumpling of fish slices, which is created after throwing in a traditional hook-equipped skill. The steel material is not flexible and sits well in the bony fish mouth during hooking.
Thanks to its design with the eye, it can be tied easily, but we can also hang them in clips.
