Slow Sinking Method Feeder
Our successful method feeder project has been expanded with another innovative solution. The Slow Sinking Method Feeder allows us to effectively catch fish that spend most of their time suspended in the water column. This unique method feeder, developed and manufactured in-house, is based on the Big Rocket feeder design. It is engineered to sink at the same speed as the bait and groundbait, scanning the entire water column and triggering bites from fish inhabiting those layers.
It is especially effective in warming deep waters or in locations and periods when fish rise from oxygen-depleted bottoms to upper layers of the water column or surface. Usage is simple: use loose-textured groundbait that dissolves intensively during the sinking phase. It is advisable to experiment with hooklengths; in our tests, lengths between 8 and 20 cm worked best.
The Slow Sinking Method Feeder’s operation, size, and weight (15.5 grams) comply with competition regulations. Despite its light weight, it flies excellently and allows comfortable fishing at distances of 50-60 meters. With suitable equipment, even 70-80 meters can be reached.
For filling the Slow Sinking Method Feeder, we recommend the Yellow quick fill tool, also used for the Big Rocket feeder. Thanks to its practical design, it allows changing the Slow Sinking, Big Rocket, and Small Rocket feeders on the 4.0 mm stem without dismantling the rig.
