The spool of the Benzár Feeder Match reel has a sufficient yet not overly large line capacity, accommodating 180 meters of 0.25 line, so you won't have to deal with unnecessary winding of hundreds of meters of backing line.

The rounded metal line clip placed on it allows for fishing with the unclipped line clip. Its precise, incredibly finely adjustable drag is extremely helpful when playing larger fish, and it is also a great aid when fishing for bream with very thin leaders and small hooks.

With a gear ratio of 5.0:1, it is suitable for fishing with braided lines, which is notoriously demanding for any reel.

However, with this gear ratio and quality materials, the Feeder Match reel will withstand the stress! Due to its size, we primarily recommend it for 3.30 or 3.60 feeder rods, but for match rods, even the longest 4.20 models can find a reliable partner in the Benzár Feeder Match reel.
