As you know the most popular fishing method nowadays is the spinning, but we don’t have to forget the old, well proven fishing methods. I think one of the most exciting and most interesting fishing method is the floating technique.
This type of fishing is successfully for the zander fishing too, not only for pikes and catfish, but a little bit different than the fishing to the previous species.

From line point of view, as I learnt from my friend who is a kind of Zander specialist, we have to choose an invisible type or have to use invisible leader, mainly fluorocarbon, which is perfect for rigs too, thanks to its high wear resistance. Because of the high wear resistance zander can’t bait off it and we can have much more bites than with wire leader.
