The lead stock is 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4; It contains small 0.5-gram shotgun pellets, from which we can select the appropriate sizes to weight the very sensitive split-weight rigs. Leads of optimal hardness do not damage the line or move it after being fixed.
