Carp Expert Pro Method Reel
In recent years, the Carp Expert reel range has expanded with some truly great models. The latest family of reels in the assortment is called Pro Method, and it consists of two members: Pro Method 5000 and Pro Method 6000. Let's highlight a few of the series' most characteristic features that make it truly remarkable!
The reels have extra wide and sufficiently long spools, which differ in diameter and line capacity. But be careful, as a large spool alone is not everything! The rod you want to attach it to must have a large guide ring that is placed away from the reel. This ensures that the line runs off the spool and through the guides with almost no resistance.
Thanks to the large spool, there are no complaints about line retrieval; we can wind almost 100 cm of line with one turn, so retrieving the rig cast far out is also not time-consuming! Additionally, it's important to mention that they come with rounded metal clips, which can be very useful, especially in competitive conditions.
Many anglers use baitrunner reels on their feeder rods, but many have also experienced that this is not always fortunate and especially not justified. The situation is significantly simpler if we have a reel like the Carp Expert Pro Method models, where we can adjust the braking force with one and a half turns between almost fully loosened and firmer, tiring braking force. Additionally, it is quite precisely tunable, making it suitable for almost every line thickness.
The extra hard yet lightweight graphite body, already familiar from the Carp Expert series, houses the drive, characterized by reliability and slow spool elevation.
In the Pro Method reels, this means precise Wormshaft spool elevation, which ensures that the line coils sit neatly next to each other, so during casting they do not cross each other, but run off the spool with almost no resistance. We can expect long and accurate casts, of course, provided we have the proper casting technique.
With its ergonomic yet sufficiently strong handle, we can easily reel in even a heavier rig in no time, and it provides a secure grip during fish fighting. The Carp Expert Pro Method reels will primarily be perfect companions for 360 and 390 feeder rods, especially for method fishing.

The spool of this eye-catching reel is built from metal. Metal spool are becoming widespread in reel manufacturing, as they are incredibly durable and resistant to corrosion. |

For gigantic hard fighting specimens you want a faultless fishing reel. This reel has a reliable drag system, which delivers extreme smoothness. We suggest setting the front drag before fishing. You should always take into consideration the stiffness of your rod and the breaking strain of your line and hooklength. |
