Salmo Rail Shad

The new Salmo Rail Shad wobbler is a truly uniquely designed lure in the Salmo range. It offers the opportunity for both standard and vertical fishing techniques. Each piece is made in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The name Rail Shad is not coincidental, as it has a body shaped like a Shad, which means small fish, while Rail refers to the rail that is the soul of the lure.

This unique rail is located on the back of the lure, from the nose to nearly the middle of its back, and it contains a key ring that can slide along this rail. When we cast it, the part in the nose slides along the rail, which is why we can talk about an exceptionally castable lure.

After hitting the water, if we quickly take contact and retrieve the lure swiftly, it behaves like a normal wobbler, and can be equally effective for species like asp, just like the Thrill.

If we allow it to sink - since we are talking about a sinking lure - the key ring slides back, thus we are already discussing a wobbler with different properties. It can be led like a vertical lure or like a classic jig lure.

The Rail Shad is available in a six-centimeter size and weighs 14 grams, making it perfect for use with a medium or medium-light rod.

Equipped with the already known high-quality VMC hooks from Salmo lures, which, among them, also includes an additional enticing fly on the rear.

Available in special colors, this individual small lure can be a successful tool for catching domestic predatory fish thanks to its uniqueness.
